If the handbook isn&#39;t right for your family, you can ask for a full refund within fourteen days. No questionnaire, no escalation script. Reply to your receipt and the refund will be issued.</p>\n<h2 id=\"who-processes-the-refund\">Who processes the refund</h2>\n<p>Payment is processed by <strong>Lemon Squeezy</strong>, who acts as the <strong>Merchant of Record</strong> for this purchase. Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller for the transaction itself, and refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.</p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-ask-for-a-refund\">How to ask for a refund</h2>\n<p>Reply to your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt <strong>from the email address you used at checkout</strong>, with the words <strong>&quot;refund please&quot;</strong> anywhere in the message. That&#39;s the whole process. You don&#39;t need to explain why. You don&#39;t need to delete your access first.</p>\n<p>The window is fourteen calendar days from the date of purchase shown on your receipt. If we can&#39;t match your message to an order we may ask one clarifying question, but otherwise the refund is issued.</p>\n<h2 id=\"if-you-cant-find-the-receipt\">If you can&#39;t find the receipt</h2>\n<p>Email <strong>sleeptraininghandbook@gmail.com</strong> from the address you used at checkout. We&#39;ll resend the receipt, usually within one business day. The <a href=\"/access/email-link/\">I already have access</a> page has the full step-by-step.</p>\n<h2 id=\"immediate-digital-delivery\">Immediate digital delivery</h2>\n<p>The handbook is delivered as a complete digital reader at the moment of purchase. By proceeding through checkout, you ask us to begin delivery of digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that - under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU - the statutory cooling-off right does <strong>not</strong> apply to this purchase once delivery has begun.</p>\n<p>We offer the voluntary fourteen-day refund window above anyway. It does not displace any other statutory consumer right you have.</p>\n<h2 id=\"your-statutory-rights\">Your statutory rights</h2>\n<p>Nothing on this page removes any statutory consumer right you have under the law of your country of residence:</p>\n<ul><li><strong>United Kingdom</strong> - Consumer Rights Act 2015: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Where statutory remedies and our voluntary policy overlap, you receive whichever is more favourable.</li><li><strong>European Union</strong> - Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and your member state&#39;s consumer-protection law apply regardless of what this page says.</li><li><strong>Australia</strong> - Australian Consumer Law: consumer guarantees apply and cannot be excluded.</li><li><strong>United States</strong> - Some states grant additional digital-purchase protections. Nothing here limits any such right.</li></ul>\n<p>If you believe a statutory right of yours is being treated as if it doesn&#39;t apply, write in and say so directly. We&#39;ll treat the message on its merits.</p>\n<h2 id=\"what-happens-to-access-after-a-refund\">What happens to access after a refund</h2>\n<p>Once Lemon Squeezy issues the refund, the sale is reversed and continued use of the gated reader is no longer authorised under the <a href=\"/terms/\">terms</a>. We may rotate access credentials if misuse is detected. There is no subscription to cancel because there is no subscription.</p>\n<h2 id=\"chargebacks-and-technical-issues\">Chargebacks and technical issues</h2>\n<p>A successful chargeback is treated the same as a refund. If a charge looks wrong on your statement, please write in first - a refund is faster than a chargeback.</p>\n<p>If you cannot access the reader because of something on our side, write in and we&#39;ll try to fix it before refunding. Most access problems are short fixes; if we cannot fix within a reasonable time, your refund window is paused until resolved.</p>\n<h2 id=\"escalation\">Escalation</h2>\n<p>If we can&#39;t resolve a refund question between us within five business days:</p>\n<ul><li><strong>Lemon Squeezy</strong> - payment-side disputes via any receipt or lemonsqueezy.com.</li><li><strong>UK buyers</strong> - Citizens Advice, or a UK ADR provider.</li><li><strong>EU buyers</strong> - the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.</li><li><strong>Australian buyers</strong> - state/territory consumer-affairs offices.</li><li><strong>US buyers</strong> - your state attorney general&#39;s office, or reportfraud.ftc.gov.</li></ul>\n<p>Most refunds take a single email; we&#39;d rather hear from you first.</p>\n<h2 id=\"contact\">Contact</h2>\n<p>Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or email <strong>sleeptraininghandbook@gmail.com</strong> from the address you used at checkout.
